How long does shipping take for custom orders?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom-strung heads or personalized equipment may require an additional 3-5 business days for expert assembly before shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products and used mesh are generally non-returnable.

Do ECD products come with a warranty?

Yes, many of our shafts and heads come with a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Be sure to register your product online to streamline any future claims.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our support team to see if we can facilitate a custom shipping quote.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
